CANCELLATION METHOD unless otherwise agreed - If the cancellation occurs more than 15 days before the arrival, the total deposit will be refunded, less bank fees. If it occurs between 14 and 7 days before the arrival 50% of the deposit will be refunded, less bank fees. The deposit will be lost if the cancellation occurs within 7 days before the arrival.
The payment of the whole stay must be made in cash on arrival.
To stay in our Guest House, guests must show a valid document to be registered on arrival.

Check in - In the Guest House there is no 24 hour reception service. For this reason guests must always telephone the owner with the arrival time at least 24 hours before. Arriving without indicating the time can cause long delays and we cannot accept responsibility or give refunds. Arrival must be before 6 pm.

Check out - The rooms must be vacated by 10 am. A later check out must be agreed on with the owner on arrival. Keys must be given back to either the owner or the G.H. employee. In the case of booking cancellation one week before the stay, a percentage of the deposit will be lost.
